Whenever I make an arched backdrop I always use some sort of router jig to get a crispy arch! Sometimes I would just go straight for the cut without pre-marking it and the cut would be off! if you ever done this, you know how frustrating it can be! Plywood ain’t cheap! As the old saying goes measure twice cut once! When building backdrops, this is my way of measuring twice and cutting once to avoid the headache later!
